The "Are You OK" Program is an entirely voluntary program designed to enhance public safety. Personalized and confidential information is provided to local Fire, Police and EMS through a Town maintained system. This enables Emergency Services to respond appropriately to those residents requiring special needs. During an emergency or disaster a volunteer will call you to be sure that you and your home are safe and secure.
If you are a Town resident and any of the following apply, you may want to consider registering for the program.
- Without family nearby
- Hearing impaired
- Vision impaired
- Speech impaired, non-verbal
- Physically disabled
- A senior living independently
- In need of special care should a localized evacuation occur
- Mentally or emotionally disabled
