It’s definitely impossible to leave the Greenfield Farmers Market empty handed, but you are seriously missing something if you don’t bring home a treat of some kind! Moose N Squirrel Treats of Gansevoort offers a good amount of temptation with its cookies, brownies, jams, jellies, muffins, pie, cupcakes and breads. There are even gluten-free choices.

Owner Barbara Senn has been selling at the Greenfield Farmers Market for three years and her items are well priced ranging from $2-$8 on average. She is also happy to make custom orders for delivery at the market, or on non-market days at 518-879-4157.

“This market was the first place I ever sold my baked items,” she said. “They were the first to ever give me a chance. I love to come back and see the regulars and be a part of this special community.”

While it all looks delicious, Senn told us her very favorite item is the cheesecake brownies. She said they are as fun to make as they are to eat.
