LEGAL NOTICE FOR SPECIAL ELECTION OF THE GREENFIELD FIRE DISTRICT ON JANUARY 28, 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special election of the Greenfield Fire District will take place on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 between the hours of 6 pm and 9 pm at the Greenfield Fire District office located at 13 South Greenfield Road, Greenfield Center, NY 12833 to approve a resolution adopted by the Board of Fire Commissioners on November 13, 2024 to dispose of one (1) 2009 KME Custom 102′ AerialCat Platform VIN# 1K9AF64819N058616.

This surplus property is to be sold at not less than One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) dollars. (NOTE: this could change if we find a buyer before publication of this notice)

Only residents registered to vote with the Saratoga County Board of Elections on or before January 5, 2025, who are residents of the Fire District, shall be eligible to vote.
