Environmental Design Partnership
The Town of Greenfield Planning Board is an eight-person volunteer resident board appointed by the Town Board with five-year staggered terms, with a chair appointed annually. The Planning Board reviews development activities within the town including: All applications for both major and minor subdivision of lands, site plan reviews, special use permits and lot line adjustments in accord with the Code of the Town of Greenfield.

Meeting dates: the second and last Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall
All applications for new cases must be submitted two weeks in advance and are subject to review by the Planning Board & Zoning Administrator. Once an application is complete, the case will be appointed to the next available agenda. All supplementary submissions for ongoing cases must be submitted two weeks in advance to allow for disbursement to Planning Board members for review prior to the next meeting.
