- Currently, the Town Court office hours are Monday and Wednesday 4:30-7:00 p.m. If the door is locked, please call the Court Clerk at 518-893-7432, ext. 310.

The Greenfield Town Court has jurisdiction over a broad range of matters, including vehicle and traffic, small claims, evictions, civil and criminal offenses. The Town court is part of the New York State Unified Court System.

Payment of Fines
You may submit a money order or certified check made payable to the “Greenfield Town Court” either in person, by mail, or you may drop off in the metal mailbox outside of Town Hall. Visa and MasterCard are accepted during court hours with an additional 2.99% processing fee. We CANNOT take credit card information over the phone. No personal checks are accepted.
