NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN BOARD
TOWN OF GREENFIELD
The Town Board of the Town of Greenfield will hold a Public Hearing on Friday, December 27th, 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Greenfield Town Hall, 7 Wilton Road, Greenfield Center, New York 12833 to hear comments on proposed Local Law #1 of 2023 extending a Moratorium on Certain Solar Facilities in the Town of Greenfield.
A copy of proposed Local Law #1 of 2023 is available for review and inspection from 8:30 AM until 3:00 PM. Monday through Friday, in the office of the Greenfield Town Clerk at the Greenfield Town Hall.
Anyone wishing to comment on the proposed Local Law may do so at the Public Hearing. Comments can be made verbally at the Public Hearing.
