Highway Superintendent Justin Burwell has been appointed 2023 President of the Saratoga County Town Highway Superintendents Association. The association offers its members networking and professional development but also partners with the Double H. Ranch each year, providing fundraising and help with improvement projects. Burwell has worked for the Town of Greenfield for eight years, the last four as highway superintendent.
