Join the TOG at Pure Barre in Saratoga Springs. Greenfield resident and favored instructor over at Pure Barre for almost 7 years, Erika, is excited to have us come experience all Pure Barre has to offer. After our workout class we look forward to enjoying small bites and refreshments at the studio. The studio will be offering special prices and discounts at their boutique and gym the night of our event.
Pure Barre group class full-body workouts focus on low-impact, small movements that strengthen and tone. You will be guided through a series of low-impact, high-intensity isometric movements designed to improve your flexibility while strengthening and toning your body.
